Okay, real talk — I had to ask myself the question I'd been obsessed with the Reddit forum: Am I the A🤬 hole?

And when it came to my fitness journey… yeah, I was.

In this Fit Girl Magic episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on how I spent years bullying my body, pushing harder, eating less, stressing more, and wondering why nothing was working.

A🤬hole alert: my body wasn't broken. It was burned out.
