而这次是从一只花斑猫的到来，它的到来彻底打乱了模范学生艾可儿的生活，仿佛一夜之间她变成了一个自私又乖戾的“刺猬女孩”，伤害了每一个关心她的人。但是，多年的同窗之情使同学们没有抛弃她，大家在于小鱼老师的带领下，帮助艾可儿重新找回自我，又一次粉碎了黑暗领主的陰谋。在这本书中，我仿佛也看到了我乖戾的时候。只因为一点小事和同学大吵大闹;在家里也是如此，爸爸妈妈处处都依着我，“讨好”我。我想以后可不能再让他们这样费心了。书中说过“‘刺猬女孩’到底还是浑身带刺，是不会变成天使的”。可是，魔鬼也有天使般的笑容，我相信我会真正做到“老师的好帮手，同学的好伙伴，家人的好宝贝”。

Today, I have read the book "Little Women" deepest feeling is it is simple to be happy!

Happiness is kinship, friendship, health, labor and peace of mind. Having it, people just feel when losting it, people perhaps will find that it can not be replaced by anything in the world! Ordinary is great!

Every night before going to sleep, I want to carry it to read, lying in the bed, holding it in my hand until falling asleep. The book is still next to me when I wake up the next is what I want. This is the first book I love so much to read, because I like to look into the past from the childhood, I can find my own shadow, my own growth process. In the book, I can forget the sadness as a child can put it all behind.

This book was written by the United States Louisa·May·Alcott. This book can be regarded as a family biography to read, but it is not about the adults struggle but the growth of the children, telling them how to become mature from a naive, from vulnerable to suffering, from urgent to patient, from self to others. The book is a lively splash everywhere, the young mans innocence, purity, courage and vision for the future. They are really impressive.

They four characters were completely different. Meg was16, Jo was15, Beth was14 , Amy was12.

Meg was beautiful, she envied did tuloring to help the family.

Joe had a eautiful hair, and she was always running around in circles and had a strong gh she often maked things worse, had a bad temper and did something like a boy,she was loved writing and she helped family by doing nursing.

Beth,loved by most people, was very cute and was very quiet and never be angry. There was no wonder that we all call her "little baby." She liked to curl up in her own happy only when she met people she trust in,she would be pulled out was very sympathetic to the dolls,and she treated them as small baby by helping them make up new the same time,she loved playing the piano. She was very easy to satisfy.

Amy, was the smallest among their four,looked like a young wanted o be an artist and become the worlds greatest master.

Lawrence was 16 years lost his parent when he was a little was brought up by his willing to lost his grandson,Mr Lawrence avoided him doing a lot of things he want to he lived a sad and unhappy life with his grangfather and were not on good terms with each other before he knew those four had a lot of money,however,he did not show it was very enthusiastic and he became a sunny boy.

Mrs Marchi was a wise allowed her children to experience through the joys and sorrows of life and hoped her children to experience their lives instead of copy the history of hoped her children would be beautiful, talented, kind, loved and respected by the would encourage loved their their motherland ,she encouraged her husband to the war and never regreted had been learning how to set an example to the children.

He also learnt a lot and grew up as an excellent wizard. Unluckily, Lord Voldemort returned. But Harry was brave, he undermined Voldemort＇s plan again and again with the help of friends and teachers. When Harry was in the Grade 7, Voldemort attacked his school. Lord Voldemort required to have a duel with Harry. He wanted kill Harry. However , Harry had grown up, and he had something Voldemort didn’t have----friends and love. Justice will always prevail. Harry won the duel at last. He is a real hero. 《Harry Potter》 is one of my favourite books. I watch the films《Harry Potter》too. I will read it again.

本书的第七部分《招招管用》，我反复阅读，深有体会。它促使我不断反思和深省。教师如何提高教学质量？作者提出的第一招就是“管老师”，它包括:1、教师写反馈日记。2、提高教学讨论会。3、写备课计划。4、定期听课。教学反馈日记是老师对在教学当中发生的重要事件的记录与反思。它能帮助教师更深刻的洞察教学中存在的问题，再自觉地改进教学。作者在此书中展示了杰西卡写的教学日记，给予读者很好的示范。

在以后的教学工作中，我们有必要经常对自己的教学过程进行反思，经常写教学反馈日记。比如反思：教学中是否出现了令自己惊喜的亮点，这个亮点环节产生的原因是什么？哪个教学环节出现了问题？那些是有效的？哪些是不宜再使用的？那些方面还可以进一步改进？还可以自问：我是否充满激情地面对学生？我的教学步骤流畅吗？我设计的情景能吸引学生吗？所有的学生都参与了吗？如果没有，为什么？如何改进？这种反思方式一定会使教师不断提高自己的课堂教学效率，并带动认知成分的延伸，帮助教师形成个人教学风格。

一、是重视课堂教学评价的量。教师不能怕影响教学时间，对评价环节能省的尽量省，错误的认为评价环节可有可无。但教师也要控制课堂评价的频率，避免使用过于烦琐的评价程序，占用过多的`教学时间，延误课堂教学任务的完成；另一方面要防止评价的形式主义的现象产生，如频繁的说：Good！Great！OK！等。也要防止过多过滥，面面俱到现象。

二、是提升课堂教学评价的质。好的课堂评价，不仅能即时调动学生的积极性，同时也能为下一轮的学习提供动力，要提高评价的质，首先必须深入学生，了解学生，想学生之所想，从学生实际、教学实际出发，有的放矢地进行。教师不仅要提高自身的素养，掌握评价的技巧，合理选择评价的方式，注意评价的有序性。

三、是把握课堂教学评价的度。要提高评价的质，还必须把握评价的度，“过犹不及、中庸之道”，评价既不能过度过量，也不能太少、太短，要把握评价的火候。

总之，只要我们在实践中不断学习探索、不断完善发展，我们相信课堂教学评价一定能焕发出生机和活力，在素质教育的推进中发挥其应有的作用，使我们的英语课堂更吸引孩子们的眼球。

首先就此书的特点而言，它将素质教育理念与国内当前英语教学环境相结合，使新课标具有更强的实用性。同时，新课标的内容更为充实，指导性更细致明确，在实际推行过程中也更容易落到实处。

其次，就此书对我自身的教学影响而言主要有以下几点：

第一，教学目标的设置更为明确。我在实际教学中曾出现教学达不到预设目标的情况，而在读过本书后这一困扰便随之清除。第二，教学重点把握更为准确。小学英语教学主要以培养学生的学习兴趣及学习自信为主，注重语言的运用能力而并非是让学生们会做题目。第三，教学形式更灵活多样。在这一课程标准下老师讲学生听的传统式课堂完全不能满足当前的英语教学要求。于是，我便采取更多灵活的课堂组织方式，如小组讨论、表演展示、知识竞答等，既调动了学生学习的积极性，又活跃了课堂气氛，还培养了学生自主学习的能力。第四，教学评价更完善。在新课标的指导下，我改变了以前以分数论英雄的评价模式，从更多的角度去评价学生的`学习行为。

看完这本书，我也更清楚地知道一名优秀的小学英语教师应该具备良好的心理素质、语言素质、文化素质、理论素质、驾驭教材的素质、教学实践素质和教育技术素质。教师是主导,学生是主体。但一切教学目标和任务的完成毕竟要通过学生实现。因此，教师的主导作用只有根据学生主体的心理特征和内在需求，因材施教，根据小学英语课堂具体情况，创造出学生最满意、收效最好的教法和技巧。
