My sister purchased a pair of shoes for me that had a slight defect in them, I had approached the company with a simple email and pictures showing the defect, not only did the company quickly and I mean quickly responded to my email, but they offered to send me out a new pair at no expense to me instantly, I have never in my lifetime been treated so well by a company ever before, now for the shoes, I feel like I’m walking on the moon, my mother sold shoes at a very elite store back in her day called the Stewart’s and company for 32 years and we were raised to always take care of our feet, I can tell you right now if you’re debating to buy shoes from this company, and you turn to another company, you will be making a bad mistake, this company‘s shoes are not only good quality, outstanding performance and in fairness relatively suits anyone’s budget, they are highly recommended by me and if anyone needs to reach out to me, feel free to do so, and I’ll answer any of your questions, great company I will positively until the rest of my life be buying shoes from them as long as they’re in business

Receuved defective Kuru shoes
I received a pair of defective Kuru shoes. I get tons of emails and text messages from them daily, but I can't get them to help me with these shoes that are defective. They are very helpful and responsive (to the point of being annoying) when you are trying to buy a pair of their shoes, but ghost you when they send you something defective.

We do want to clarify that we received your first email after 8:30 p.m. last night, after our office had closed for the day. Our team had only been back in the office for about 20 minutes when we received this review, so we hadn't yet had an opportunity to respond. I ordered my annual pair of kurus and changed the style. the size also seemed to change a bit so I called them to see the difference between both styles and discuss the fit. the agent suggested a half size smaller and offered to organize the return and reship. by the time we hung up, I had a fed ex label in my email to send the wrong size pair back and hopefully will receive then new ones shortly.

I thought there was a twenty dollar…
I thought there was a twenty dollar discount on two pairs of shoes, but apparently there was a rule about what types of shoes. I bought a pair of sandals and walking shoes. No discount. I emailed my question immediately after my order was placed. I had to email 2 additional times for a response.
I am very pleased with my first pair as they relieved the plantar fasciitis in my foot, so I figured I buy another pair and the sandals. My opinion is the multi pair discount should be honored on any two pairs because of the cost of the shoes overall.

We understand how frustrating it is to expect a multi-pair discount and then discover that the promotion applies only to specific styles. The Add and Save offer at checkout is currently specific to our MOMENT sandals: one pair receives $10 off, and two pairs receive $20 off. Since your order did not include MOMENT sandals, the promotion did not apply. We appreciate your feedback that multi-pair savings should extend across styles and will be sure to pass that along.
We're also sorry for the delay in responding to your emails. We see that your first message was sent on Saturday, September 5, during the Labor Day holiday weekend. Our team was closed for the holiday and responded when we reopened on Tuesday, September 8. We understand that waiting through additional follow-ups was frustrating, and we apologize that we weren't able to respond sooner.
