dont waste your money. there are way better alternatives on the marklet for less money. the fact that you need to swork witj the earbugs app in order to have them working is already frustratin g inouhg. they actually dont fit so comfortably and they have been hurting my eras. they do not work with ipad or mac so basoically you can only used them with your ophone. its obvioulsy personal but i have my entire meditation archive on my mac and ipad and i do want to use them for straming too at 300 euros. Nope not possible. They dont work with Apple Health probably on e of the most frustarting limits...they are trying ot built their own sleep tracking software etc but who is going ot use it when even doctors require apple health data? they dont charge properly. they cant be used only one at a time. the raange they cover is extremly limited. a week into having them im ready to return. a total waste of money. leyt ssee how weel the 30 day guarantee works. im curious if thi sis a total fraud or if they will stick by their promises. unless you just want to use them with your phone and are keen to add the having to work them out with their app etc instead of instantly connecting ot your devices dot....well i would never buy them again...oh sorry i forgot the dificulties in charging them ( they dont attach well to the magnets inside the biox fo rit) and the fact that the box itself its way too boig to carry around on. normal basis. 300 euros gone down the drain. really lets see how long i have to debate why they dont work for me to have a chnace to get my money back. the debate shouldnt be long at all. they simply are not for me. end of the story.

I bought these sleep buds about two years ago. The first pair had a problem. I reached out to ozlo and they fixed my problem right away. Two years later I had another problem I reached out now their support is really slow. I know mine are out of warranty I just wanted help trying to get them to work. They could not help me and only suggested to buy a new pair. These are great sleep buds when they work. Buyer beware!!!

I bought my first pair about a year ago and I love them, but it does create pain in my right ear in the inferior crus (had to look up the terminology) so i stopped using them for a bit to let that area get well and in the interim my husband decided to use them the rest is history! I had resorted to using a Manta sleep mask with speakers until healing was done and now, I bought him the Ozlo 2 and he loves them as well we hear nothing not even my son while playing games! I still have pain and discomfort on the right ear and ive tried just about everything but the pro is I dont hear snoring so I try to sleep on my back I wish there was something that could change for me and the many people going thru the same ordeal.

2 months in and they’re cooked. The buds aren’t charging and no amount of resets or fixes will work. Waist of $470 AUD

Product is excellent but the customer service and delivery service is disgraceful. Imagine pricing a product at 443CA and then selling it like a Banana. Bunch of quacks working over there.

I love the earbud design and fit-- and they worked really well until they suddenly didn't. They stopped connecting about 4-5 months after purchase. I contacted customer service and received a canned response which included device troubleshooting instructions, and a request to add video evidence of malfunction. I replied immediately, with the requested information and 2 weeks later I am still awaiting a response and my earbuds are still unusable.

The software and design of the Ozlo sleepbud is superior to the other products on the market. However, my experience was that they lasted for one year and suddenly, inexplicably, began decreasing in volume until they were useless.

I followed up with their customer service while they were still under warranty, did ALL of the things they suggested, such as cleaning, resetting, etc etc etc. By the time I went through all of that, they had fallen out of the warranty period, and the company claimed no responsibility. I complained, and they said they were going to ship me a replacement pair, which never arrived.

It is so disappointing. It would be a great product if the manufacturer stood by it. But they don’t.

I was really hopeful about these sleep buds and genuinely excited to receive them. Unfortunately, after roughly a month of trying to make them work, I’m extremely disappointed.

From the beginning, the buds would not stay in my ears, caused significant discomfort, and one bud repeatedly disconnected. I watched the help videos, followed the fitting instructions, tried every wing size and positioning suggestion, and did quite a bit of research on my own. Ultimately, it seems my ear anatomy simply may not be compatible with the design. I even had my husband try them, and they stayed in his ears perfectly, which reinforced that this appears to be a fit issue specific to my ears.

I contacted support and sent photos showing my ears both with and without the buds. While support was initially very responsive, I didn’t find the assistance particularly helpful. I was repeatedly directed to videos I had already watched and given suggestions I had already tried. I was told my case would be escalated to the technical team, but the recommendations that followed were again things I had already attempted.

I was also told the buds might be sitting too deeply in my ears and to position them farther out. Unfortunately, doing that caused considerable pain while sleeping—to the point that I was sleeping better without the product.

My last communication with support was Monday, when I explained that I had exhausted their suggestions and the buds simply would not stay in my ears. I have not received a response since.

That is particularly disappointing given the price of this product. The frustrating part is that the concept is fantastic, and when the buds actually stay in place, they do an excellent job of masking external noise. I really wanted them to work. Unfortunately, the fit issues, discomfort, connectivity problem, and lack of a meaningful resolution from support have made this a very disappointing experience.

I've owned the sleep buds going back to the originals from Bose in 2019. The sleep buds themselves are quite comfortable to wear and provide good noise cancellation. The rubber tips however tend to break at about the 2 year mark. The big problem with this product is the app interface and pairing of the case with the buds. Sometimes in the night I want to modify the volume and when I open the app it says that the buds are disconnected even though I can hear the sound. As a result I have to put the buds back in the case, and go through some gyrations to reconnect them to be able to modify the volume. Very annoying in the middle of the night when you are trying to sleep! This is clearly an inherent design flaw in the product system. I've gone back and forth with Ozlo customer service, and their ultimate recommendation was to replace the product with another Ozlo purchase as this one is out of warranty even though it's only 2 years old. So, it seems the Ozlo model is to buy a new pair every 2 years. It's very disappointing because the product is very good when it works well, but the company seems unable to solve the problem and is willing to let loyal customers walk away, as I will be.

I bought the Ozlo Sleepbuds a few months ago with 30-days return policy included. In my case, the Sleepbuds turned out to be useless: masking did work zero, they were hurting in my ears and finally falling out while I was sleeping. So, I wanted to return them and contacted the customer service several times to find out where to send them back to. No reaction whatsoever. Now I'm sitting on these for me absolutely useless things - 300 Euro for nothing but pain in my ears. Unacceptable.

Royal Mail delivered the package damaged and opened with no items in it! I took a photo of the delivery driver attempting to hand package over - of course we refused to accept it. Since then Ozlo have failed to supply the ear buds despite clear photographic evidence of failed delivery. Beyond frustrated as these were needed in time for a holiday. My advice - don’t bother - try a different supplier.

Poor AI slop customer service and lacking product delivery.
I have purchased the new sleepbuds two, as they had a campain where I would get a sleeping mask as well. It's almost been a month and it still has not arrived. I contacted support but they only send AI slop resonses that say "We understand your frustration and we will ship it as soon as we get them, the 5th of august" which has already passed. I hate that you use AI for customer service like this. It makes your support terrible, and I can't get an answer regarding when you will ship what I have purchased.. I will most likely return the buds as well, when this is the level of service.

Gteat very user friendly

Product was excellent until it stopped working after about 14months. There was 2 emails exchange with support, but they decided not to answer my emails at all. This company is almost a scam scheme.

Exceedingly poor customer service. Their website had an issue yet they blamed me through multiple interactions. I finally sent a video to prove it. It took a BBB complaint to get an answer to arrange the return. I learned enough before receiving the item that I did not want to have future frustrated experiences. Do yourself a favor and don’t.

First earplugs that work for me. I’ve used a lot of different earplugs and have had them cause me vertigo & ear pain. The Ozlo Sleep are comfortable & mask noise perfectly.

These Sleepbuds have been life-changing for me and my partner. I'm a light sleeper, and my partner is a snorer; I've spent years getting frustrated with foam earbuds and loop and would often feel I was causing damage in my desperate attempts to block the snoring. Ozlo provided an instant solution from night 1. I couldn't believe how well they worked to mask the snoring. I was put off for a long time due to the price, but they've been one of the best investments I've ever made!

In the first year of using them, there were some connection issues and I had to do factory reset a few times. But in the last year, they've been fine.

​The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the battery life. I usually go to bed at 11 PM and wake up at 7 AM, but by then the buds are down to their last few percent. They last about 8 hours max, which means I can't really use them if I want a lie-in.

The ear buds are brilliant when working, but the left one disconnects when covered from the charging case. Now this is the reason for the 1 star rating....customer service is a disgrace. Quick response initially, but always chasing for a response, they now don't even respond. The 2 warranty claim is a farce as once you prove the product is at fault they then just ignore you.

Shame as they are onto a really good product.
