Just never seems to arrive, this is the second time I’ve had issues with items taking far longer than expected to arrive. Not sure if my items will ever arrive and will use a different supplier for school inform for September. nearly 4 weeks now no following up on my order email.

Amazing quality! The fact £5 from every order of the autism jumpers goes to charity is amazing! I have two autistic children and I brought myself a jumper and then my children also wanted one so we ended up buying 3. Great quality, lovely material and cosy, true to size. Thankyou guys at MBD x

Would rate higher if I could, this is our second beanie order from MBD, our last ones lasted over 5 years!! I placed another order and in the mean time they released the embroidered version, i was offered to swap my original order for the embroidered ones and they were delivered today! So so Lush, and again amazing quality, value for money, turn around times, & customer service.

I bought the fantastic personalised Worry Monster for my daughter, Louise was amazing with her communication and it was worth the small wait (wasn’t long to be honest and can’t be easy when you do it all yourself and have such popular products) my daughter loves it! And already goes everywhere with her. Thank you Louise you do a fabulous job and have made a little girl extremely happy 😊

Absolutely fabulous. Ordered two sets of personalised short/t shirts they are great quality and the personalisation is beautifully done. Loved the card in the package too with a personal note, such great service. Buying from a small business is definitely the best. Thank you.

Have used MBD since my children were babies and they’re 8 and 9 now.
Always amazing products and Louise will always go that extra mile if you need anything specific. 100% recommend.

Ordered the £10 surprises for 2 of my children, both were amazing quality! I’ve washed them a few times now and they wash really well too! No lettering coming off etc which I’ve found with other companies. First time ordering, and I now have another 2 orders on the way :)

I ordered 2 £5 mystery items , one in 3-6 months and one 11-12 , they were absolutely amazing . The 3-6 month one included frilly knickers and a personalised vest , so a very cute little outfit . I would highly recommend ordering from here

First Time Ordering:

I was a little apprehensive on ordering, I was in and out of the website a few times as I came across them on Instagram. I decided to order and I'm so glad I did. Everything that arrived was of good quality. Time frame was advised on the website. Items where received within that time frame. Would not hesitate to order with company again. Can't wait to give the items to my little boy for his birthday (having to wait until August).

I still haven’t received my order. Followed it up last week was told it would be posted out. Still no confirmation email to say so,still waiting. My order was a gift for my daughter for her 2nd birthday and now will be a waste of money as she won’t be able to wear at this rate! If there is a turn around/delay this should be stated! 3 weeks and still waiting!
