The process to order and see if this treatment is right for you was really easy and empathetic, doing the first injection was a little nerve racking but the app talks you through the entire process !

She took complete ownership of the situation, listened with genuine empathy, acknowledged internal errors transparently, and proactively contacted DPD directly to help track and expedite my urgent medication delivery to Orkney. It’s working! I feel as though I’m being guided through this journey with medical experts. I feel heard and that I can ask questions from professionals at any point. I like being able to see what the community has to say. All said, it still takes a considerable effort to make a difference. I’m concerned about continuing after the six months (in about three weeks) due to the cost of. It would be great to know Juniper would bring their prices down a bit as I may have to look elsewhere 😞

I have tried order of you but couldn't do it i cant see the problem I have sent the prescription I sm on and am coming down doses now but my current suppliers cant get there order i have done everything you have asked and am getting frustrated I am off work tomorrow could I please have a phone call on please

I was worried about taking a weight loss injection as I also taking other medication but the company made me feel reassured that it was safe asking questions about my meds and medical problems. It’s been my first week and had no side effects.Feeling confident it will help with my weight loss.

i’ve never heard of juniper before till a lady told me about the savings on my first 3 orders and very happy as you get scales to bluetooth over phone and a health coach which is free so much advice and recipes on app a lot to read very happy i think i may use them for another 6 months ☺️

Day one I was fine
Second day I feeling bit sickly
But as the went on I was a lot better

I bought what I thought was one pen on offer for £229. That’s typical for me as I search the monj website for the cheapest. Today, I have been charged £339 for a second pen. I never realised it was a subscription and didn’t see the email until it was too late. This costs more than anywhere else! Con artists luring people in my a cheap first pen. I can get this for £100 less from medicine marketplace! Disgraceful! It’s not even actually dispatched but no one is replying to my email saying they are busy! I went in the app and had great difficulty cancelling, I had to click the button about 10 times with various are you sure offers popping up!

You are supplying the medicine at the right strength.

I am using the injections and will continue; i could not cope with the tablet regime.

Avoid at all costs as they are an unethical company looking to deliberately mislead customers. I ordered what I believed was a one‑month weight loss pen with no ongoing subscription or plan. I have used a number of different companies over the last 2 years with zero issues. Four weeks after my initial order, with no warning Jupiter have taken £229 from my card for a second pen - £90 more than my initial order.

I called Jupiter immediately to cancel and was told I was too late. I have checked my Jupiter account and there is no mention of a subscription or reoccurring payment.

This is clearly a sneaky way to catch customers out and take unauthorised payments from peoples accounts. Highly unethical and a disgusting practice. I have contacted my card company and will be requesting a charge back.

Very pleased with my results a few side affect.i had a email regarding next step after I finish the first month and I will continue for another 3mths with the offer of £10 discount . Which should take me to Christmas
