I do not recommend
I do not recommend. I’ve used other travel insurance and once had to get a refund and it was easy. This place wanted documentation that I couldn’t provide because there just wasn’t any and they didn’t refund. Waste of money. Will not pay them again.

The first time we uploaded everything we heard nothing until several weeks later to say nothing had been uploaded. After we uploaded the second time, I believe you completed everything and funded the refund within a couple of days. We appreciate it.

I was sold rental car insurance for an 8 day trip in Ireland 🇮🇪
I was sold rental car insurance for an 8 day visit to Ireland... My first time there! Thought I was being smart purchasing rental car insurance, like I have before. Big problem though: IRELAND DOES NOT ACCEPT 3RD PARTY INSURERS. So I still had to purchase car insurance from the car rental desk at pickup. There's NO WAY this insurance company wasn't aware (they had warnings about Jamaica not accepting 3rd party rental car insurance) which means this was sold to me fraudulently. 🤬 I was scammed by Allianz.

Allianz had my back!
Allianz covered the cost of my hotel room after a flight was delayed past midnight into the next business day, and the airline refused compensation. Do not travel without these good folks!

I wrote a trust pilot review over a week ago, Customer Services wrote a comment asking to email them and they will help with the issue ASAP.
9 days later and 2 emails to them, and surprise surprise we have heard NOTHING. It has been 4 weeks since we had to borrow money for an emergency operation for my partner while abroad (he would have died if he had flown home without having it done!) on line portal HAS NEVER been updated - despite us sending all the receipts and itinerary of what happened. Constant phone calls to the Indian claims department. To just be told “I’m very sorry sir, 2-3 days you will get a response”. 4 weeks later and guess what, NOTHING.
I am beyond angry and I will be reporting them to the ombudsman!!!
