Fomr Pro includes additional features for organizations that need workspaces, custom domains, branding control, SEO settings, and more storage. This page covers what’s included in the Pro plan and how to upgrade.

Pricing

Pro costs $34/month or $24/month billed yearly ($288/year). Yearly billing saves about 30% compared with paying monthly.

Existing subscriptions on an earlier rate keep that price for as long as the subscription stays active.

Pro includes all Free plan features—unlimited forms, unlimited responses, unlimited team members, 25+ components, default values, undo and redo, answer piping, Hidden values, conditional logic, Calculated values, design customization, logos, backgrounds, links, default owner notifications, embedding, scheduling, version history, form templates, form duplication, Trash, and more—along with the features listed below.

Duplicate response prevention is included in both Free and Pro. It lets you limit repeated submissions by answer, IP address, or browser and is Off by default.

Upgrading your account

1. Sign in to your Fomr account as an organization admin
2. Click Upgrade to Pro in the usage card at the bottom of the sidebar
3. Select the Pro plan
4. Complete the checkout process

What happens if I downgrade?

If you cancel Pro or downgrade to Free:

• Your organization reverts to Free plan limits
• Published forms that use Pro features, such as a custom domain, a redirect rule, SEO settings, more than one ending, or a customized ending, are unpublished and returned to draft. Remove those features and publish again on Free, or upgrade again and republish with them.
• The “Made with Fomr” badge appears on your forms again
• Custom owner and respondent notification delivery turns off, but saved recipients and template content remain available if you upgrade again
• Partial Response row access is revoked, but existing Partial Response counts are preserved
• Connected Google Sheets accounts stay connected. The Free plan allows one connected account, so you can’t connect another while you’re at or over that limit. On each form, only the most recently updated enabled workflow stays on, and any other enabled workflows on that form are turned off.
• Existing workspaces stay fully usable. Creating new workspaces and moving items between workspaces require Pro.
• Your forms and data remain accessible
• You can upgrade again at any time

Can I try Pro before committing?

Do Pro features apply to all my forms?

Most Pro features apply to your whole organization and every workspace in it (like storage and custom domains). Some features like hidden branding are configured per form, giving you flexibility.

What happens to my custom domain if I cancel?

Custom domains stop serving your forms when you downgrade, and published forms that use a custom domain are unpublished and returned to draft. To share one of those forms on Free, remove its custom domain and publish it again at its fomr.io/s/... URL. If you upgrade again, you can reconnect the domain.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
