Food on the Edge provides an international platform in Ireland for discussion on the Future of Food, with a mission of finding more ethical and sustainable ways of producing food for all. By holding this event in the West of Ireland, we also have a secondary mission of developing Ireland’s food culture and putting Ireland on the international culinary map.
