Bullies are obsessed with the need to control others. Here's how to recognise a bully and deal with people who try to control and dominate you.

According to 2017 study, as many as 60.3 million Americans (or about 39 percent of the employed population) are affected by bullying in the workplace with most of the bullies being bosses.

My friends were listening intently and asking questions. It became apparent that workplace bullying by bosses is much more common than I had realized. In a survey completed by Monster.com, people surveyed reported that 89% of employees said they have been bullied at work and over half, 51%, of those people were bullied by their boss.

So keep trying to sneak around and message taken men. Karma may not come until you have children of your own. But it will happen.
