Dictation

Talk, and the words land where your cursor is

Speak while you hold a key. When you let go, PeakFlow tidies the text and types it into the app you are using.

  • Hold fn on a Mac or Right Ctrl on Windows, or pick another key
  • Removes um and uh, and adds punctuation
  • Prepaid top-ups from US$5. Credit never expires

The Dictation panel switched on: the hold key set to fn, the balance and the US$5, US$10 and US$20 top-up picker.
Holding fn to dictate into a document: the listening pill shows at the bottom, then the spoken sentence is typed in with the um taken out and punctuation added.
SnapGrid

Snap windows into place

Put the front window in a half, a third or a corner from the keyboard. One panel arranges every open window at once.

FocusDim

Dim inactive windows

Everything except the window you're working in fades back, so your eyes stay on your work. Click another window and the focus moves with you.

FocusDim turns on and dims every window except the document; clicking the chart window moves the focus to it, then back to the document.
FocusDim keeps the document you're writing bright while the notes, chart and terminal windows behind it are dimmed.

A social feed is interrupted by ScreenSlap's full-screen alert as a meeting starts, with Join meeting, snooze and Dismiss buttons.
