In Your Face vs ScreenSlap on Windows
In Your Face started as a Mac app that makes calendar alerts impossible to miss by taking over your screen. It now has a Windows version in the Microsoft Store too. ScreenSlap does a similar job on Windows, reading Google Calendar or Outlook through a calendar link, with meeting link detection and snooze options. It is free for 30 days.
On a Mac? ScreenSlap runs on macOS too. See the In Your Face alternative for Mac.

How ScreenSlap Works
ScreenSlap connects to your Google Calendar and monitors your upcoming events. When an event is approaching (configurable timing), it takes over your entire screen with an impossible-to-ignore alert showing the event name, time, and any detected meeting links.
If a Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link is found in the event description, a "Join Meeting" button appears that opens the link directly. If you're not ready yet, hit "Snooze" to dismiss the alert for 5 or 10 minutes. You can also choose "Until Start" to get alerted right when the meeting begins.
If you get deep into work and lose track of time, ScreenSlap makes it impossible to miss a meeting. Your screen becomes the reminder.
