Hi @johnhar thanks for the question. It's true that most of the current users are interested more in the Notion like features and that's why we were focusing on that area the most. In terms of chat, we don't have any roadmap or designs. We're mostly looking to implement standard features that you find in other similar tools, such as Slack, Teams, Google Chat, Discord etc. If you have any idea or proposal feel free to open the discussion. The next thing I was thinking to add for chat were threads (similar as Slack), but for that we need notifications as well. |

Hi, I'm really excited to have found Colanode by accident. Our church has been looking for a replacement for Slack and Notion, and this sounds perfect!
I see a lot of the feature requests and development seem to be focused on the Notion-like features. We're more interested in the Slack replacement first. I'm willing to contribute to this, but I'd like to know if you have any roadmap, designs, or UX that you are following? If not, I'd be happy to lead.
I think Slack's model of channels and DMs works for organizations, and so we could start implementing that. The visual language though would have to of course follow Notion's.
