I have predicted the Hi-C matrix for the GM23338 cell line using its ATAC-seq data and CTCF chip-seq data. To further see the impact of specific CTCF binding site on the TAD structure, I also predicted the Hi-C matrix for the GM23338 cell line after deleting that site.

Now I want to compare their differences, and draw a figure like Figure 4i in your paper. But I don't know how to draw the figure, are there any codes or software available? would you mind providing more detailed information?
