However, I have encountered some issues while replicating the model with the Monusac dataset. Specifically, after replacing the Pannuke dataset with Monusac, I have been unable to train the model correctly. Regardless of the image input, the output segmentation value remains 0. I have spent a considerable amount of time troubleshooting this issue but, unfortunately, have not been able to resolve it.
If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if you could either share a trained weight file for the Monusac dataset or provide guidance on any specific code changes I need to make in order to train the model on Monusac successfully.
