Describe the Bug

It turns out, there is an option to trigger DICOM Tag Viewer from the left sidebar thumbnail, but it has no effect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open this study (or any other study) https://viewer.ohif.org/viewer?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.2.276.0.7230010.3.1.2.447481088.1.1669202398.851612
2. Try clicking this menu item
