Reason: Patients arrive at the emergency department from the field through the EMS system

The Triage acuity code could be recorded in the OBS_CLIN table by setting:
OBSCLIN_TYPE to LC (LOINC)

75615-5 Four level triage system
75614-8 Three level triage system
OBSCLIN_RESULT_NUM - contains the triage designation (1-5, 1-4, 1-3)
