Loving what this software offers but I have a question. I'm not sure if this is something I'm overlooking or if this is missing functionality and therefore needs to be turned into an idea.

If there are multiple users on the same server, is there a way for the Super Admin to do any of the following tasks?

1. Transfer some or all files to another user
2. Download all of a user's files so that they can be archived elsewhere in the event of that person leaving
3. Create an API token on behalf of a user to allow files to be uploaded on behalf of that person
