In this Release Candidate one CLI issue was fixed

1. #210 – Arguments to disable translation propagation and matching were missing.

In this Release Candidate two major issues related to WP_Query and rewrites were fixed:

1. #201 – GlotPress requests had a wrong HTTP status for if a site has no published posts
2. #203 – The index page couldn't be accessed when GlotPress is used in the root and permalinks have no trailing slash.
