What happened?

Using Kavita v0.8.8.3 and Panels v3.6.5 build 853 (iPadOS) I read a specific comic to the end. The series had a single comic in it. Reading all the way to the end via Panels (via OPDS), it should be marked finished. Yet when I look it up in Kavita, it's only marked at 98%. According to Panels, there are no more pages. However, if I open/read it in Kavita and then close it, it's marked as completed. This is reproducible and I can provide the specific file if needed.

Comic to be flagged as 100% progress in Kavita when completely read.
