[BUG] Connection stop work with Athena ROOT mode + android built-in private DNS

• I’m using the latest Athena version

• The device is rooted, and nothing has been removed via ADB

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

1. Active rule of Athena ROOT mode
2. Enable android private DNS
3. Connection stop working
   (The order of points 1 and 2 can be swapped)

Expected Behavior

The connection continues to work with android's private dns active + Athena ROOT mode active
