Enabling Auto-Packing Breaks Resolution Switching #132

Turning on External Data > Automatically Pack Resources prevents you from changing an asset's resolution.

It's possible packing in general breaks this.

The original path still seems to be stored for packed textures, so we may still be able to swap the resolutions. If not, just disable the resolution switcher to avoid confusion.
