Summary

Debated about where to post this. It could be a MIGX issue, or a 3S issue.

The installation of MIGX does not complete.

Step to reproduce

Install MIGX Version 2.13.0 from using the package manager

Observed behavior

The MODX console hangs on the step "create/upgrade tables"
The MODX log continually writes this warning:
PHP deprecated: Function get_magic_quotes_gpc() is deprecated.

Expected behavior

It should successfully install MIGX.

Environment

MODX version 3S, apache, mysql version 5.6, browser: Brave, PHP 7.4
