Through previous tests from @rsebok on theta arm (from 9/22), and tests on phi arm (from 7/23), there is a slight difference in backlash values

1. For theta arm, backlash was found to be 1.9 degrees
2. For phi arm, backlash was found to be 2.1 degrees

Currently, we have only arguments in run_xytest.py and run_ang.py for one value of backlash. This should be adjusted for a future iteration of both of these codes
