Phase 1. MVP

• Command structure and file parsing implementation.
• Detect issues in the parsed files.
• Extract and categorize errors from logs and stack traces.
• Utilize external LLM APIs to analyze project files and generate debugging suggestions.
• Fetch solutions from Stack Overflow, GitHub Issues, and official documentation.
• Present a well-structured project health report.
• 💙 A functional CLI tool that scans for issues, explains them via AI, and provides solutions from various sources.
