Issue Summary

The navigation menu items in the header sometimes fail to appear, leaving the header area visible but without any navigation links.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit the website with the Casper theme on the large screen (width is greater than 992px)
2. Refresh the page multiple times
3. Intermittently, the navigation menu items will not appear

Current Behavior

The navigation menu items are sometimes invisible, showing only the logo and action buttons.

Expected Behavior

Navigation menu items should always be visible and functional.
