Issue Description:

The Vexa bot is inconsistently getting kicked out of Google Meet.
Sometimes it gets removed immediately after being admitted, and other times it gets kicked before admission.
This causes the bot to never stabilize in the meeting, and no transcription is produced.

Expected Behavior:

Bot should remain in the meeting after admission and start streaming audio for transcription.

Actual Behavior:

Bot joins → waiting room
User admits bot
Bot disappears within a few seconds
No audio stream reaches WhisperLive
No transcription segments generated

Steps to Reproduce:

Start a bot for a Google Meet link
Admit the bot
Observe that the bot leaves the meeting almost immediately
