To Do

  • Add tools for creating and controlling objects in Gazebo
  • Integrate with the Filesystem MCP server to enable commands for creating new ROS 2 packages (Python or C++) and performing file operations as requested.
    This includes support for:
    - ros2 pkg create <package_name> --build-type ament_python
    - ros2 pkg create <package_name> --build-type ament_cmake
  • Let the MCP server detect whether a ROS package contains nodes that require a GUI, and launch the GUI if necessary.
    Currently, this detection is hard-coded for specific packages.
