Description
- Hosting provider adapter registration endpoint
- Users can register adapters for themselves and/or any team(s) they belong to
- Superusers can see all adapters, and promote any to instance-wide accessibility
- Demoting instance-wide adapters should only be done after all creds have been migrated to a replacement adapter
- Users can add account credentials for any registered adapter they can access
- Users can remove account credentials that are not currently in use (a state that depends on later parts to determine)
- Users can unregister any adapter they registered, as long as it doesn't have active creds in the system, and isn't instance-wide
