Suggestion since you're using GitHub.com:

On Sorbet's playground, there's a button that you can click to be immediately taken to a pre-filled GitHub issue template with that snippet as the contents of the issue

For example, if you open this Sorbet playground link and then expand the "Examples" button in the top right, the bottom link is "Create issue with example" which when clicked, opens something like this:

The "problematic input" and "observed output" fields are already prefilled, leaving the user to only populate the issue's Title and a description of the expected behavior.

It would have been nice to have a similar workflow for reporting Markdoc bugs as well.
