If set multiple TCP or UDP ports on a single interface in an inbound nat rule,

only the last rule work only

EX) first configured TCP80 -> internal-vm-Net_Adapter_0 & second configured TCP443 -> internal-vm-Net_Adapter_0

only TCP 443 rule working

this is bug Load Balancer?
