The recent window currently only refreshes on app launch and when the episode list changes. This includes the episode date, which for convenience is in relative format. So if your latest episode was released two days ago, its row might still say "today".

Ideally we should refresh the dates when the window is shown and... maybe every minute while the window is showing, so at worst we're a minute off?
