“Are all species types and subtypes supported?” #95

Description

@zhaoxuetong
  1. For the MPXV VADR model:

Apart from Monkeypox virus (taxid: 10244),can its lower-level species also be annotated using this model?
For example:
Monkeypox virus Zaire-96-I-16 (taxid: 619591)
Callithrix jacchus orthopoxvirus (taxid: 243803)
Are all of the above MPXV-related species and subtypes supported for annotation?

  1. For the RSV VADR model:
Apart from human respiratory syncytial virus (taxid: 11250), can its lower-level species also be annotated using this model?
    For example:
Human respiratory syncytial virus A (taxid: 208893)
Human respiratory syncytial virus B (taxid: 208895)
unclassified Human respiratory syncytial virus (taxid: 410233)
Are all of the above HRSV related species and subtypes supported for annotation?
Human respiratory syncytial virus (strain RSB1734)
Human respiratory syncytial virus strain RSS-2
Human respiratory syncytial virus (subgroup B / strain 8/60)
    ......

The same question also applies to the “Norovirus and other Caliciviridae RefSeq models” and the “Dengue virus and other Flaviviridae RefSeq models”.
For example, for the taxa listed under the page such as:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy/Browser/wwwtax.cgi?searchTerm=142786+&searchMode=complete+name&lock=1&unlock=1&command=search
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy/Browser/wwwtax.cgi?searchTerm=Dengue+virus+&searchMode=complete+name&lock=1&unlock=1&command=search

Are all of the species and subtypes shown there supported for annotation?

This is very important to me, and I look forward to your feedback.
Thanks.
