First of all I want to thank you for this awesome library!

So it looks like ng-doc-ignore-line is taking only first digit of number argument when provided with more than 9 lines.

I've tried it with number like 15, 25, 99 and it only takes first digit and hides that many code lines instead of greater number.

Seems like a bug but maybe its intended?
