AUR qbittorrent libtorrent v1 #49

Hello! It is very annoying that we are still dealing with this libtorrent v2 qbitorrent issue where the v1 version works perfectly and v2 version at least for me doesn't work in a good way.. 5.0.4 update adding extreme storage load leading to slow upload/download and high cpu load I also noticed you aren't anymore maintaining AUR package https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/qbittorrent-libtorrent-v1 which is bit sad but I understand you probably aren't interested to. Need to find solution to this somehow.. cheers! |

I disowned it because libtorrent-rasterbar-1 does not build with latest boost. |

I didn't pay attention to it, but I haven't noticed any major issues so far. I have ~600GB files and ~900 torrents with 32GB RAM. |

I just tried the appimages from qbittorrent on my system but I barely get 1mb/s upload speed.. while with your AUR package I can get easily 40-45mb/s upload speed. Very annoying problem indeed. |

With respect to uploading speed, I can reach ~10MB/s. I have not tried more trending torrents recently, but can reach ~50MB/s and higher months ago with libtorrent v2. |

Interesting.. I saw in settings my File Pool Size setting was 40 but after putting it to 5000 it made qbittorrent appimage work much better. reinstalled qbittorrent from official arch packages but of course it didn't help there at all.. I noticed that appimage is also using libtorrent v1 |

I don't remember when I changed it, but I just checked the setting, and it's set to 10000 on my end. |
