the dbm package in opam doesn't install (neither compile?) its ocamldoc

Hello,

The *.cmt and *.cmti files are not installed.
Related to https://github.com/ocaml/opam-repository/issues/10333
Tools like ocp-browser allow to browse the interface and ocamldoc of a module when such files are installed.
