Screen freezing, cannot recover unless restart dash #191

Description

If you unplug power from the screen and then both the wifi connection and bluetooth go out of range of the opendsh unit, the android auto page will be frozen displaying what it shown previously.
This is because you turn the car off (screen is on ignition wire), and walk away from the car (wifi and bluetooth going out of range).

Opendsh controls are fine, you can click on settings page then exit. Then just start dash again and its fine. Its just the android auto page is stuck frozen, displaying a frozen image.

Restoring wifi and bluetooth pair connection does nothing. The program cannot recover. Android auto controls like play/pause music are unresponsive, so its not just purely visual.

If you disconnect bluetooth manually, wait for the android auto page to go blank with the "connect device" message, and THEN unplug the screen from power (which is done by turning the car off) then everything is fine.
You come back to the car and everything reconnects, and no frozen screen.

OS: 6.12.25+rpt-rpi-2712 / Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)
raspberry pi 5
screen here

what i will try is to write a script that will restart dash if the android auto phone's bluetooth reconnects after being out of range for more then 5 minutes.

What else can be done?
