Hi @Aditya22-smart, Thank you for your interest in contributing to Oppia! To begin, I recommend checking out our wiki, especially the "Developing Oppia" section for guidance on contributing to the codebase. Don't worry if you're new to open source or a student—many contributors are in the same boat, and we're happy to offer mentorship and support. If you encounter any issues during setup or have questions, please use the discussion tab; our team and community are ready to assist you. At first glance, the codebase may seem daunting, but we have good-first-issues to help you get started. Tackling small, manageable issues is a great way to ease into contributing. We look forward to your contributions! Thank you! |

Hi everyone 👋
I’m Aditya, a Computer Science Engineering student and a new contributor to Oppia.
I’m excited to work on projects that focus on accessible education and learning at scale, which is what drew me to Oppia.
I’m currently getting familiar with Oppia’s codebase, understanding the contribution workflow, and starting with beginner-friendly issues. My aim is to become a consistent contributor and gradually build meaningful, well-reviewed contributions as I work toward preparing a Google Summer of Code (GSoC) proposal with Oppia.
Looking forward to learning from the community and contributing alongside you all!
