Hi schneems,

We have a new issue with rails4:

1. after user login, user will be asked whether accept permission read/write for the app.
2. User agree
3. Next time, user login again, and user will be asked to accept the permission again.

I remember that I did not have this issue when develop the app for Rails 3 before.

P/S: Is there any customization we can made to by pass the "permission" request for some specific app?
