Bug Description

Given a configured open router key, generate block returns nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure open router key in settings
2. In the runbook launch generate block
3. Enter prompt and submit
4. Modal window dissapers but nothing happens

Expected Behavior

See some progress and either output or errro

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens.

Environment

• OS: macOS 15.7
• Atuin Desktop Version: 0.2.3
• Atuin CLI Version: 18.10.0
• Shell: zsh
• Terminal: kity

Additional Context

I suspect some error is not propagated back.
