tgpt version 2.11.0

Bug description
any chance I could force tgpt to output only in ASCII or launch interactive mode in ASCII-only mode?

I tried tgpt -help but I couldn't find anything I wanted. It stills outputs UTF-8 some characters e.g. em dash will appears as ?, â or ¿ in dumb terminals
