Use gitmodule to get tests from vers-spec directly #163
Description
- As follow up to purl-next: Create VERS tests for registered version schemes using JSON purl-spec#7 (comment)
- ... and after Create JSON reference test suite package-url/vers-spec#27 is completed
... we should use the JSON data from vers-spec and adopt a gitmodule for this.
