Time: 24H time cannot be set with timeFormat setting only #381
Description
Only 12 hours appear on the wheel instead of 24 with timeFormat set to 'HH:ii' (3.0.0-beta only).
As a workaround, currently timeWheels: 'HH:ii' must also be specified.
