I have found a problem scrolling wheels in the date module.
Cutting down everything in this fiddle http://jsfiddle.net/Edo78/5Rg23/ (you can test yourself http://jsfiddle.net/Edo78/nYaET/embedded/result/ ) give the problem only on the month wheel

But I found the problem also on year wheel on an internal site I cannot share.
