Describe the desired outcome from the user's perspective
As a Zilla user or platform engineer, I want to run a CLI command that extracts the active Zilla configuration from the running engine. This allows to verify what configuration is actually loaded at runtime.

Suggested command: zilla inspect schema

Acceptance criteria

• Running CLI extracts resolved config without the need to start the engine.
• Extracted configuration is output in a human-readable format (YAML/JSON) to stdout by default.
