Describe the bug:

I used lipo for the first time, with some apps it seems to give no issues, at least nothing I noticed yet, but with firefox it completely stopped from opening. I had to reinstall it with Homebrew (that also had to download lots of stuff before being able to install it).
Luckily it didn't make me lose my profile stuff.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have Firefox & PearCleaner installed
2. Go to PearCleaner
3. Click on Lipo on Firefox
4. Execute it
5. Try to open Firefox to see it not responding

Expected behavior:

It should free space without breaking anything or at least warn you of possible issues
