Add `nix build` command

So that it pre-emptively builds derivations.

We can also query cache by using:

```
nix path-info \
  --store https://cache.nixos.org/ \
  -f /path/to/nixpkgs \
  --argstr system x86_64-linux \
  hello python3 nodejs
```
