When we are trying to connect to a target, and the connection menu just shows a "connecting..." label:

add a button to the menu to cancel the connection attempt.

The problem will be with the Iroh connection, that will be hung on the iroh::connect, waiting for it to time-out (30s).
See if there is a way to do an immediate cancel.

Also, while in connecting state - we should probably disable all the connect options from the device menu and dialogs...
