The tool currently does not tell me if there are unnecessary rules in .nxbd-ignore.yaml.

I would like it to, and I would even like a check that asserts that .nxbd-ignore.yaml is minimal in that sense, so that I have to clean it up promptly.

Or maybe, have nxbd check clean it up automatically.
