Description
[Enabled] UI with multiple windows:
When switching tools on the toolbar, submenu will not open consistently, it will flicker and or not popup.
[Disabled] UI with multiple windows:
When switching tools on the toolbar, submenu will consistently open correctly.
Aseprite version: V1.3-beta21-x64, Steam
System: Windows 10, 21H1
